- Legal Registration – All members are legally registered and comply with National Tourism Board requirements
- Minimum Fleet Size – Companies maintain a fleet of at least five well-maintained vehicles
- Vehicle Age Limit – No vehicle exceeds 4.5 years old, ensuring modern and reliable transportation
- Mileage Standards – Sedans under 200,000km, 4×4 vehicles under 250,000km for optimal performance
- Comprehensive Insurance – Acceptable insurance coverage provided for all rentals
